This is for Rachel
I’ve not blogged for a while. I’ve thought about blogging, but for some reason I haven’t got round to it. Why, I wonder. Well at first I had nothing to blog about, as my life was filled with revising. It would have made pretty boring reading along the lines of "today I went to Sarah’s house for viva practice" or "today I went to Alice’s house for tea and viva practice".
Thankfully I no longer need to revise, as I passed the exams. I am the proud owner of a FRCA (that means I’m a fellow of the Royal College of Anaesthetists). The exam wasn’t straight forward, as nothing is in my life, but I won’t go into that now.
I could be very boring and go on at lenght about the wedding plans. But I won’t. All I’ll say is its 75 days till the big day!
I saw the lovely Rachel on Thursday. She said how I’d not blogged for ages and I should. So I’m following orders and am here, blogging. I hope its up to standard!
So, what else has happened? Maybe its time for a list….
- we finally had a housewarming/engagement party. It was a bbq. I decided to invite everyone I know, which was a litle stupid as there were 58 people at the party. It was great, but took a lot of organising and tidying up!
- Jamie, the choir conductor is leaving us. This is very sad. We had our last concert with him conducting and it was amazing, but sad.
- I got an award at the Choir end of year party. This made me smile.
- I was lucky enough to see the final rehearsal for the Elbow/Halle gig. For free! If I hadn’t had stupid work I’d have been singing in the choir(helping out the youth choir as they were short on numbers), but stupid work got in the way.
- My wedding dress has arrived and I tried it on. Thankfully it fits and is beautiful
- Harold rabbit and his wife Muriel are quite happy. But will never be as cute as Beryl and Reggie.
- Andrew’s brother got married. It was a lovely day.
- Fiona and Russell got married. I was a bridesmaid. It was lots of fun and I fitted into the tiny frock! Hurrah!
- There’s two more weddings in the near future before our wedding.
- My annual appraisal at work went really well. This is good. I would say more, but I’m not allowed to talk about work.
- I am really greatful to all the lovely people who helped me with viva practice. I couldn’t have passed without them.
- There are quite a lot of bullet points here. Some aren’t that pointy, waffly more like. But there’s still more to come.
- Sorry there’s no order to this blog post.
- I shall try harder in future. If I blog again.
- I have sorted a lot of things out since exam passing. I like order and arrangement.
I think that’s enough on the bullet points. I shall try and blog more regularly. Having waffled here for a while I remember that I really quite like blogging. Its so self absorbed. Its so me. Its all about me!!!

So you passed those cheeky exams? Excellent! Well done you. See you and the Andrew soon, no doubt!
